When should I place my order? --- All orders are shipped within 48 hours, most the same day. If you have a targeted date our sophisticated computer system will schedule the release of your order to arrive on time.

Are shipping charges and tax included? --- Shipping charges are always extra. Your price will be calculated at the end of your order. If you ship within the State of Connecticut applicable taxes will be added. Out of state taxes will no be applied.

How important is the correct ship-to address? --- It is crucial that you have the most accurate and complete address possible. We cannot accept responsibility for packages sent to incorrect addresses. If the address is incomplete it may delay receipt of the package and our shippers will likely charge you a fee to correct that address (even if only the apartment or suite number is missing). To avoid problems, please double check all addresses and provide as much delivery information as possible, including the recipient's phone number if at all possible.
