Sweet Tooth Ordering and Shipping

ARRIVAL DATE:
All orders are processed for immediate shipping unless you notify us in the COMMENT SECTION of a specific arrival date. All orders are shipped within 48 hours, most the same day. WE DO NOT SHIP on Friday, Saturday or Sunday to avoid your package being stored by UPS over the weekend. The exception would be a Friday order for a Saturday delivery (Subject to next day rates).

REQUESTED ARRIVAL DATE IF OTHER THAN IMMEDIATE SHIPPING:
We will ship requested arrival dates to be delivered one day prior to your date to compensate for possible transit time delays due to weather.

SUMMER WEATHER:
North East States - For shipments to North East States, this includes NY, CT, RI, VT, ME, MA and NJ, we will include a reusable ice pack at no additional cost. These shipments will generally arrive the next day.
Outside North East States - Chocolate melts at 70 degrees. We are very careful how we ship perishable merchandise during the summer months. Shipments outside the Northeast, when the weather is hot, should travel UPS 2nd DAY to ensure excellent condition upon arrival. We will include reusable ice packs at no additional cost.
